Terri Paliana, Human Resources

Terri Paliana began her career at RC Andersen in 2020 as Human Resources Manager (HRM) and is responsible for leading RC Andersen’s overall human resources strategy along with talent acquisition, employee relations and development, diversity and inclusion, HR technology, compensation, and benefits. As HRM, Terri promotes the culture and impact of HR across the Company to support business goals and employee aspirations.

Terri supports culture change by giving back to the community and leading various RC Andersen corporate outreach initiatives. She is dedicated to partnering with local organizations and encouraging employees to participate and give back.

Prior to joining RC Andersen, Terri was Claims Manager at Ferreira Construction Company where she had broad responsibilities that included human resource functions. Terri also worked as Senior Claims Associate at J. Fletcher Creamer & Son where she expanded the human resources department and furthered her construction, legal, safety and claims knowledge throughout her 18-year tenure.

Terri is deeply committed to fostering the growth of RC Andersen and holds sincere respect for the leadership that Bob Andersen, Founder & Chief Executive Officer, has put in place. Terri believes RC Andersen is a family company at heart, and she is committed to doing her part to maintain that identity as the company grows.

In her spare time, Terri enjoys spending time with her family and three grandchildren.
