Paul Gorga joined RC Andersen in 2012 as Project Manager, promoted to Project Executive in 2019 and then Preconstruction Executive in 2021. Paul has managed the construction of warehouses, distribution centers and commercial buildings throughout his tenure. He also brings invaluable expertise to the management and negotiation of labor agreements, as well as state funding and tax abatement initiatives for the Company.
In his current role, Paul carefully monitors data – subcontractor supported estimates and project costs – which enables RC Andersen to provide accurate detailed budgets to our clients, with minimal design information. One of the most important responsibilities in this role is to listen closely to our clients to bring their visions to life.
Paul brings a creative and diverse approach to RC Andersen projects with his expertise. He enjoys finding innovative solutions that make our projects stand out, by identifying ways to save money while ensuring high quality for successful project outcomes. His goal is to blend creativity with strategic thinking to consistently deliver exceptional results.
Prior to joining RC Andersen, Paul worked on healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and retail projects while also overseeing value engineering, purchasing and fiscal management.
