Prologis Ports Elizabeth Seaport Campus

This project was a multi-year, multi-phase project consisting of heavy earth moving and sheet pile walls to elevate the building footprints out of heavy flood prone areas of the Port. Sheet pile walls were installed to a depth of 70-foot and approximately 600,000 CY of fill were spread across the site.

Upon completion of the earthwork, rigid inclusions (CMCs) were installed to help support the buildings. Approximately 9,900 CMCs were installed to a depth of 45 feet.
