project

Amazon BOS7 Non-Sortable

This project moved mountains and transformed a part of New England’s landscape. The project start date was delayed six weeks and our client requested to hold the end date on the existing fast-tracked schedule. Always accepting a challenge, our firm had to make up time on the front end: 680,000 CY of cut fill and 97,000 CY of rock blasting/processing was performed 20 hours/day and 7 days/week, to deliver the building pad at approximately the same date it was originally planned to be turned over. Then, after footings were poured, a 200,000sf mezzanine was added to the project. The project completion date was still met to the satisfaction of all parties.
