BridgePoint Somerset Campus

Three-building construction on former farmland consisting of a fast-tracked, build-to-suit facility for an e-commerce tenant and two speculative warehouses with later tenant fit-outs. The largest building included substantial material handling and the project site required significant offsite work and three traffic lights installations.

Project challenges included working with the local municipality, the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and the COVID Pandemic.
